Dr. Vivek Pandey is a dedicated scholar with a deep enthusiasm for research and intellectual inquiry, particularly in the field of Marketing. He has completed his Ph.D. in Marketing at Sikkim Manipal Institute of Technology, focusing on the impact of online patient support groups on patient empowerment. He completed his undergraduate (BBA in Human Resource) and postgraduate (MBA in Marketing and Finance) degrees at Lovely Professional University, Punjab. Throughout his academic journey, he has actively engaged in research, presenting numerous papers at national and international conferences and publishing extensively in reputed journals. His notable works include studies such as “Impact of Homophily on Patient Empowerment: A Study of Online Patient Support Groups,” “Content Analysis of Online Patient Support Groups: A Netnographic Approach,” and “Bibliometric Study of Online Patient Support Groups Using PubMed.” Additionally, his research papers have been featured in the proceedings of an international conference.
