Ms. Aradhana Sorout is an experienced academic and research professional in the field of finance and management, currently serving as an Assistant Professor at the School of Business Management and Commerce, MVN University, and as an Adjunct Faculty with the Centre for Distance and Online Education, Sikkim Manipal University. An alumna of Delhi University, she holds over five years of teaching and research experience and is UGC-NET qualified in Management. She is presently pursuing her Ph.D. in Management with her doctoral research focusing on Behavioral Finance. Her academic expertise includes Financial Management, Entrepreneurship, and Digital Marketing, with proficiency in advanced statistical tools such as SPSS, Vosviewer, Biblioshiny and PLS-SEM. Her research interests span behavioral finance, artificial intelligence, and sustainable investment practices, and she has several research papers published and presented in reputed Scopus and Springer Nature- indexed journals and conferences. She also contributes to the academic community as a reviewer for leading international journals, including Business Information Review (SAGE Publications, Scopus-indexed, Q2) and the Journal of Knowledge Management (Emerald Publications, ABDC-A Category, Scopus-indexed, Q1). Her recent publications include “Emerging Frontiers in AI and Knowledge Management: Visualizing Trends Using Bibliometric Analysis” in Business Information Review (SAGE Publications, Scopus-indexed, Q2), and “Behavioral Finance and Sustainability: Unveiling Risk Biases in Investment Decisions” published in the conference proceedings of Sustainability in Emerging Economies—Integrating Business Excellence in Management Education (SEE-IBEME-2024) by Atlantis Press–Springer Nature. In addition to her research contributions, she has conducted several management/faculty development programs, including an FDP on Quantitative Research Methods and an MDP on Structural Equation Modelling.
