Refunds for admission withdrawal will be processed as per the schedule given below. Students who wish to withdraw from their enrolled program must log in to the application portal, and click on the ‘Apply for Refund’ link, and follow further instructions to request for the refund. The request will be reviewed and approved by Sikkim Manipal University (SMU). Once approved, the refund will be credited to the same bank account or credit card used for the original fee payment through the payment gateway.

Note: The application fee shall not be refunded.
Rejection of Admission
If an application is rejected due to non-fulfilment of admission criteria or for any other reason, the fee will be refunded within 30 days from the date of rejection. The refund will be credited to the same bank account or credit card used for the original payment.
The refund details provided above are indicative. Sikkim Manipal University reserves the right to revise these terms in accordance with notifications issued by the relevant statutory or regulatory authorities from time to time.
