Mr. Norbu Gyaltsen Bhutia is an Assistant Professor of Commerce at Sikkim Manipal University (CDOE). He holds an M.Com in Finance and Accountancy from Sikkim University, B.Com (Hons.) from Sikkim Govt. college Burtuk -Sikkim University, and PGDCA. He has qualified UGC-NET in both Commerce and Management. His areas of specialization include Finance and Accountancy, with research interests in E-Commerce, Financial Studies, and Investment Management. He has also served as Guest Faculty at Sikkim Global Technical University.
