Mr. Rupak Upadhyay is a Lecturer at the Centre for Distance and Online Education (CDOE), Sikkim Manipal University, and is presently pursuing his Ph.D. in Computer Applications from Sikkim Manipal University. He holds a Master of Computer Applications (MCA) from the Sikkim Manipal Institute of Technology (SMIT) with a specialization in Data Science, and a Bachelor of Computer Applications (BCA) from Dibrugarh University, Assam. Mr. Upadhyay has previously served as a Mentor at CDOE and as a Teaching Assistant at SMIT, where he contributed to digital learning facilitation and academic support. His academic and research interests span machine learning, data mining, data science, predictive analytics, and artificial intelligence. During his Master’s program, he worked on projects involving hybrid machine learning approaches for healthcare analytics and data-driven models for clinical prediction, demonstrating his expertise in analytical modeling and applied computing. In addition, he possesses strong technical skills in Python, C, and Java, along with hands-on experience in data analysis. Mr. Upadhyay is actively involved in academic and research activities, having served as a Session Coordinator during the 2nd International Conference on Computing and Machine Learning (CML 2025). Dedicated to academic excellence and continuous learning, he strives to integrate research and teaching to inspire innovation, analytical thinking, and technological advancement in the field of computer science.
