Mr. Tirupati Bhattacharya is currently working as an Assistant Professor at Sikkim Manipal University. He has completed his Master of Technology (MTech), and PG Diploma in Remote Sensing & GIS from Jadavpur University, Kolkata followed by an MCA and BCA from Sikkim Manipal University. Previously he worked as a Group ‘B’ in the Central Government Research Organisation in the domain of Information Communication Technology (ICT) System Management.
