Ms. Leeyoungmit Lepcha

Ms. Leeyoungmit Lepcha is currently serving as an Adjunct Faculty at the Centre for Distance and Online Education (CDOE), Sikkim Manipal University, India. She completed her Bachelor’s degree from Nar Bahadur Bhandari Degree College, and earned her Master’s in Sociology from Sikkim University. She successfully qualified the UGC-NET in Sociology. Her academic interests lie in the areas of development, migration, inclusivity, tribal studies, gender, and territorial studies. She is deeply committed to exploring these themes through a critical and intersectional lens, with a focus on promoting inclusive education and research.
