Ms. Pemsang Dolmo Rumba is currently serving as an Adjunct Faculty at the Centre for Distance and Online Education (CDOE), Sikkim Manipal University, India. Prior to this, she was associated with Southfield College, Darjeeling. She is passionate about creating an engaging and inclusive learning environment, mentoring students, and actively contributing to academic research. Her areas of expertise include Thinkers of Sociology and Social Development, where she continues to explore critical perspectives and contemporary issues within the discipline.
