Ms. Sraddha Khawas is currently serving as an Adjunct Faculty at Centre for Distance and Online Education (CDOE), Sikkim Manipal University, India. She completed her Master’s degree in Sociology from the University of Calcutta in 2023 and is dedicated to advancing her academic career, with plans to pursue a Ph.D. in the near future. She successfully qualified the UGC-NET in 2024 and the West Bengal State Eligibility Test (WB SET) in 2025. As a passionate educator, she is a strong advocate of inclusive education, believing in equal access and opportunities for all learners. Her academic interests include the Sociology of Media and Culture and the Sociology of Ageing, reflecting her commitment to exploring the evolving dynamics of society through diverse and critical lenses.
